How to Use

Apply anywhere from 5- 25 sprays per day. Start slow and gradually increase number of spray pr day. If you dont use Magnesium you may be deficient and tingling sensation can occur. It will decrease with subsequent uses.

Do not spray onto face, open wounds, or very dry skin, and avoid contact with eyes and mouth. External use only.

Do not rinse for at least 15 minutes.
